The NHS Staff Survey is now live and provides an opportunity for you to share your thoughts and experiences of working for the NHS.
All responses are strictly confidential and no one from where you work, or the NHS will be able to see your completed survey. An external research company will collate the information and analyse the data.
Your feedback on what it’s really like to work in the NHS, is used regionally and nationally to inform policy and improvements around wellbeing, safety, working decisions and pay.
Locally, we use your feedback to help us develop priorities for our People Promise and Plan. We want to hear from you, whatever your role or background, so we can be sure the survey results reflect the experience of everyone who works here.
All colleagues, including those on bank, will receive an invitation to complete the survey by email, please look out for it from insightandfeedback@iqvia.com. Paper copies will be sent out to specific teams to complete and return.
The survey only takes 15 minutes to complete and the questions are directly aligned with the NHS People Promise. The results from previous years staff surveys have already started to influence various aspects of our work.
Your input into this survey is very important and it will help make our organisation a great place to work and receive care. The survey will close on Friday 24 November.
