There will be disruption to Insight Web PACS on Thursday 02 November between 7 – 7.30am.
During this time Insight Web will be available, however, users may experience a temporary disconnection at 7am and need to log back in again.
Historic imaging and reports will be available throughout the duration of the work, but radiology will be operating in business continuity mode and any new imaging taken during this period will only be viewable from the pending reconciliation folder and no reports issued will send to PACS until the work is complete.
To access the pending reconciliation folder – search for pending in the worklists tab of the patient explorer – a list of imaging will display on the right-hand side:
