Following on from your feedback in our internal communications survey, we have made some changes to streamline the screensaver request process.
Due to the popularity of, and demand for, the two week option we have removed the option for one week screensavers. To prevent offset starts for different bookings, we have aligned the slots and will update the screensaver file every fortnight, to increase familiarity and ensure a consistent presence.
This hasn’t reduced the number of slots available but means that these now start on the same day every fortnight.
This new fortnightly run of screensavers will start from Monday 06 November.
Please note that existing requests made before this change will be accommodated.
The go-live dates for the new screensavers is as follows:
- Monday 06 November
- Monday 20 November
- Monday 04 December
- Monday 18 December
- and so on..
Please ensure that you have submitted your request for a screensaver to the team a week prior to go-live to allow the team time to set up these screensavers.
We know that slots do get filled very quickly and we do try to accommodate late or additional requests where possible. Please provide as much notice as possible for these which will help as we move to updating the file fortnightly.
We have updated our booking guidance to support you as you complete the form and our content guidelines have been amended. There is now a new template with further guidance.
The time screensavers are onscreen has been extended based on your feedback.
Did you know? When screensavers are being displayed, you can use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to cycle through, or go back?
