These events are a great way to raise funds for your ward or area, or for the Torbay and South Devon NHS Charity. This year the podiatry team took part in the Inflatable 5k and raised enough to fund three new dermatoscopes, equipment that will improve and enhance the care the team provides.

Everyone taking part in 2024 will receive a new Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust charity race vest or technical t-shirt.

Inflatable 5K, Exeter, Westpoint Arena, 27 April 2024
Entry is just £20if you register by 30 November and pledge to raise £80 for the Torbay and South Devon NHS Charity (full price entry £55)
With 32 obstacles, this is the world’s largest and best Inflatable 5K! Choose from 2.5K, 5K, 10K, 15K routes.
Great West Run, Exeter, 26 May 2024
Entry is just £20 if you register by 30 November and pledge to raise £100 for the Torbay and South Devon NHS Charity (full price entry £45).
Choose from a 10k or half marathon route, and soak up the atmosphere, lovely countryside and stunning views across Exeter.
Tandem Skydive, Dunkeswell Airfield, Honiton, 18 May or 15 September, or various dates in 2024
Sign up to skydive for free when you raise a minimum sponsorship of £395 for Torbay and South Devon NHS Charity (plus a £50 deposit) Embark on the ultimate skydive, reaching an astounding 15,000 feet, the highest altitude available in the UK.
