On Monday 13 November all acute and community wards will need to move to paper observations as our IT teams will be completing an essential update of the Vital Pac app from 8am on Tuesday 14 November until it is completed.
On Wednesday 15 November all iPod and iPads that have Vital Pac installed are being re-registered in person by members of IT. They will visit each affected ward/site to do so.
This will mean that across Torbay Hospital and community sites the Vital Pac app will not be able to be used to record observation for this time period.
