Wellbeing Buddies

We understand that you get the most support from your colleagues. That’s why we created the wellbeing buddies, so that any staff member can be trained to become a buddy to support their team, be a listening ear and signpost them to further support.

If you’d like to become a wellbeing buddy, it only takes a half day of training that takes place over MS teams. Being a wellbeing buddy is just as much about caring for yourself, as it is about caring for others.

Here are the upcoming dates for Wellbeing Buddy Training:

Thursday 21st September 12 – 4:30pm Face to face venue TBD
Monday 9th October 12 – 4:30pm
Wednesday 15th November 12 – 4:30pm
