Booking your flu and COVID-19 booster vaccinations

Bookings are now open to all staff for flu and COVID-19 booster vaccinations and will be taking place in Bayview balcony (accessed through Bayview restaurant), Hengrave House, from Monday 18 September, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.

You will need to use an NHS computer to access the booking system, alternatively you can call 07557481055 to make an appointment or email tsdft.covidvaccinationstaffing@nhs.net

If you have got a flu vaccination booked within the next 3 weeks, you will also be offered a COVID-19 booster at time of your vaccination.

Any future bookings that are made beyond the next 3 weeks will give you the option of which vaccine you would like to book, or both.

Please don’t drop in at the vaccination centre as the team are very busy and cannot guarantee you will be able to get your vaccinations, we encourage you to book an appointment.

Every member of staff who gets a vaccine between now and the end of the campaign (15 December 2023) will receive a voucher for 50% off a Lavazza or Costa hot drink at Bayview Restaurant to be used that day.

We strongly encourage all staff to take up the opportunity to receive the annual COVID-19 booster and the flu vaccine. 

Up to 77 percent of people with flu have no symptoms so, when deciding whether to have the vaccine, ask yourself if this is a risk worth taking for your patients, colleagues, family and friends? It is really important that we protect ourselves and the people we care for.

Please make the vaccinations part of your daily conversations with colleagues and eligible patients and encourage them to boost their immunity.
