ID badges

The ID badge team is creating a way to get the ID badges processed faster and more efficiently and will no longer be taking photos for the badges from the security office at Kitson Hall.

All application forms must have a photo attached to the form or you can send photos to our email address tsdft.idbadgeapplication@nhs.net (please add in the information boxes will send photo via email).

If forms come to us without the photo attached, we will have to reject the application and ask you to resend with the image attached. 

Please provide a full address for the badges to be sent in the internal mail.

To avoid delays please also add in the form in the access drop down box, all access for all staff that will be needed for everyone to get into the areas they will need for their job.
