IT will complete essential maintenance on the SWiftPlus system by upgrading it onto the latest Windows operating system. Unfortunately, this does mean that SWiftPlus and the SWiftPlus boards will be unavailable while this work takes place, although the downtime may be shorter than expected and we will communicate out by email once the system is back online.
From 8.30pm on Monday 25 September please prepare for SWiftPlus to be offline for up to five hours. Please ensure that you have business continuity plans in place. If you have any concerns, please contact elliotbrett@nhs.net
If you experience any issues following the upgrade, please log a call with the IT service desk, internally #6282 or externally 0300 500 7000.
